Items regulated under ECCN 0A987 require a license from the U.S. Department of Commerce (BIS) and items regulated under ITAR  require a licence issued by the U.S. Department of State Office of Defense Trade Controls, in accordance with International Traffic in Arms (ITAR), Title 22, Code of Federal Regulations Part 120-130, and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce. Return Policy

 

In the event you need to return an item to us, please follow the steps below:

 

          Product Return/Refund Process:

  • Returns may be accepted if purchased within 30 days from Holosun.com. Refunds are only applicable to items purchased directly from Holosun.

  • We reserve the right to deny claim for return/refund if it is determined the unit does meet the requirements upon inspection.

  • Please fill out the Warranty Claim form to obtain a RMA number.

  • Please ensure product is packaged properly. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit.

  • It is highly recommended you use a method of shipment which includes tracking as we are not responsible for lost items.

  • Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  • Please allow up to 10 days for your package to be received and processed
